Mr. Jonathan Adalist is a senior business development leader at FreeMind, responsible for driving new client acquisition, leading the global sales team, and consistently delivering revenue growth across the organization.

In his role as CBO, Jonathan leads FreeMind’s commercial efforts end-to-end, with a clear focus on originating and closing new business. He oversees pipeline development, and ensures disciplined execution across all stages of the sales process. Working closely with senior stakeholders across life science companies, he is instrumental in converting complex opportunities into signed engagements.

Jonathan is particularly recognized for his ability to articulate clear, differentiated value propositions that resonate with executives in biotech, pharma, and emerging life science companies. His structured, results-oriented approach to sales, combined with strong business instincts and relationship management skills, has enabled him to consistently exceed targets and expand FreeMind’s client base globally.

Prior to joining FreeMind, Jonathan gained extensive international experience in marketing and sales across the telecommunications and diamond industries, conducting business throughout the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. This global commercial background informs his pragmatic, execution-focused approach to business development and deal-making.

Jonathan holds a B.Sc. in Biology and an M.Sc. in Biotechnology and Molecular Biology from Tel Aviv University, as well as an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His combined scientific and business training enables him to engage effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
