Ms. Michal Fefferman joined FreeMind in 2016 and has held a range of roles across HR, employee experience, and operations, building a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s people, processes, and growth dynamics.

She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer & Head of HR, where she leads the company’s operational and organizational infrastructure. In this capacity, Michal is responsible for driving execution across the business, aligning cross-functional priorities, and ensuring that FreeMind’s strategic objectives are effectively translated into scalable, day-to-day operations.

Working in close partnership with the Managing Partner, Michal plays a central role in shaping and executing the company’s strategic direction. She leads key organizational and cross-functional initiatives, supports leadership decision-making, and drives the development of processes and structures that enable efficiency, accountability, and sustained growth across the organization.

Michal has been instrumental in building and scaling FreeMind’s team and in developing the company’s people and operational foundations. Her work spans organizational design, talent development, and operational optimization, ensuring the company remains agile and execution-focused as it continues to grow.

In addition to her role at FreeMind, Michal plays a key role in FreeMind Investments, where she leads operational activities and supports investor relations, contributing to the platform’s development and ongoing growth.

Ms. Fefferman holds a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences with a focus on Human Resource Management from The College of Management Academic Studies.
