Join the FreeMind Group team as Director of Business Development. The Director of Business Development is charged with generating leads, attending sales calls and meetings, and managing the sales process including conducting negotiations and signing contracts. This role demands high-level interpersonal skills, effective problem solving, and a collaborative mindset.
The Business Development department consists of Directors of Business Development, Marketing Director, and Administrative Assistants.
This position will help you gain valuable work experience and skills to start your career in business development and sales.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Life Sciences or similar field; Master’s degree – Advantage
- Fluent spoken and written English – native level
- Strong written and oral capabilities
- Ability to negotiate with senior executives both on the personal and business levels
- Orderly and organized
- Business minded person looking to expand his/her business development and sales experience
- Full time position; four days a week including afternoons and evenings (Monday-Thursday)
- Flexibility to travel to the US and Europe several times a year
- Office based position – Jerusalem office
What your day will look like
As the Director of Business Development, you play a pivotal role in delivering compelling, multi-dimensional value propositions, fostering relationships with high-levels executives, and adept managing concurrent, intricate sales process, including skilled contract negotiations.
Prospective client engagement takes place through various mediums – email, virtual meetings, calls, and face-to-face interactions, and it is the role of the Director of Business Development to complete the client acquisition process.
