The PRARP, one of the CDMRP programs, has 5 award mechanisms (Convergence Science Research, Innovation in Care and Support, Research Partnership, Accelerating Diagnostic Research, and Leveraging Approaches for Innovation in Care and Support). These awards must address one of the following risk factors:
- Traumatic Brain Injury
- Neurophysiological/Neurobehavioral
- Modifiable Risk Factors
- Vascular
- Inflammation
- Genetic
- Metabolic
- Sleep
