Ben Harary has a background in Biology from the California State University, Northridge (CSUN). Previously, he worked in a wound care practice, which primarily focuses on chronic, non-healing wounds, with etiologies including pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, arterial ulcers, venous ulcers, surgical wounds, infected wounds, and many others, as well as feeding tube replacements, even providing direct patient care outside of the hospital, in the home or facility setting, via field wound specialists, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners, to optimize wound healing rates, save lives, prevent unnecessary patient hospitalizations, and reduce the overall fiscal and resource burden for the presently overloaded healthcare system in the United States. Ben is currently a senior project manager and non-dilutive funding expert at FreeMind, working B2B with global clients in biotechnology, pharma, and academia to manage research grant projects, enabling potential non-dilutive funding awards for the clients’ drug/device/diagnostics pipeline. In his leisure, Ben enjoys social gatherings, exhibitions, discovering activities and interests, and visiting nature and metropolitan hotspots.
